Please complete this subscription process, read the entire agreement below and click on "I Agree" to accept the Service. By clicking "I Agree", you accept all of the following terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Your click on agreement indicates your complete and total acceptance.

PipelineParable.com's Service Agreement:  

This Service is provided by Global Entrepreneur Makers LLC (GEM LLC). By completing this service agreement and accepting these Terms of Service, you become an authorized subscriber of the PipelineParable.com's service and enter into a use agreement with GEM LLC. The combination of the access to and the content delivered through this process is called the "Service" throughout this Agreement. Subscribers to the Service are referred to in this Agreement as "Members." A Member who subscribes to the Service can decide to upgrade his/her account to other products and/or services that may come available through the Service in the future. 

A. By indicating that I elect to participate in the GEM LLC membership offerings (hereinafter Service) provided by GEM LLC (hereinafter Service Provider), I apply for and subscribe to said Service on a month to month basis. I understand that the current subscription fee of $7.95, which is subject to change, will be assessed in connection with my subscription to the Service.

B. This month to month service contract is automatically renewed by auto charge of authorized credit card. Payments will be processed on the 1 month anniversary of each Service.

C. I hereby agree to maintain sufficient credit to cover any credit card charges and to be responsible for all amounts due hereunder which accrue from my use of the Service Provider's Service. 

D. I hereby authorize and request the Service Provider to establish an automatic credit card arrangement to pay for my subscription to the Service Provider's Service in the amounts I have authorized.

E. The Service Provider or I may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other. Any such notification by the Service Provider to me shall be effective upon delivery of an email with return receipt, and by me to the Service Provider upon receipt of confirmation from the Service Provider. Said notice shall serve as termination only as to those charges transmitted by the Service Provider after receipt of such notification and reasonable opportunity by it to act thereon. I will no longer be entitled to access the service.

F. I understand that use of the service is subject to the Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and the instructions given for the service.

G. I have read, understand, and agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge, and which terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference. I also understand and agree that the terms, rates, costs, and fees are subject to change upon 15 days written notice to me.

H. I shall indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any and all damages and liability which may arise from its transmittal and presentment of a charge to my account(s) for its reasonable inability to timely or adequately honor my subscription to the Service Provider's service.

Other Terms and Conditions of Use: 

1. Access to the Service: 
Access to the Service  may be limited from time to time at the sole discretion of Service Provider and for any reason, for instance, for emergency repairs or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Service Provider. In addition, Member agrees to use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with PipelineParable.com's stated policies and procedures. 

2. ANTI-SPAM POLICY: 
PipelineParable.com and GEM LLC HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY REGARDING SPAMMING BY ITS MEMBERS. 
BE ADVISED THAT SPAMMING ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND IS IMMEDIATE GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR PipelineParable.com's SERVICE. IN THE EVENT YOUR ACCOUNT IS USED FOR SPAMMING, YOUR SERVICE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY REASON.

3. Disclaimer: 
MEMBER'S EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, INFORMATION, SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE OR INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. IN ADDITION, NEITHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR ANY OF ITS INFORMATION, SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. NEITHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, INFORMATION, SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR PART FOR ANY CAUSE INCLUDING PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING, EDITING, WRITING, REPORTING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE. 
THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

4. Limitation Of Liability: 
  
NEITHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN OR ASSOCIATED WITH CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. 
  
MEMBERS EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISION OF THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL ALSO APPLY TO THE THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, SERVICE PROVIDER, ITS INFORMATION, SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS RESPECTIVE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 
  
GEM LLC IN NO WAY WARRANTS, PROMISES, GRANTS, AGREES OR REPRESENTS THAT MEMBERS WILL OBTAIN ANY RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE OR GUARANTEES MONETARY GAIN OR PROFIT FROM ITS USE THEREOF.

5. Indemnification: 
You agree to indemnify, defend  and hold harmless Service Provider, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors against any and all direct or indirect liability arising out of this Agreement. 

6. Copyright, Trademark, Redistribution, and Use Restrictions: 
You agree that the information contained in the Service is the property of Service Provider and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright. All trademarks appearing on the Service are owned by their respective companies. You are permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print, and display the information contained in the Service for your individual use only. In no event shall you publish, re-transmit, redistribute,  copy or otherwise reproduce any or all of the Service in any format to anyone, and you shall not use any information contained in the Service in connection with any business or commercial enterprise, including without limitation, any securities, investment, accounting, banking, legal, or media business or enterprise. You agree not to use, or permit anyone else to use, any information received from the Service for any unlawful purpose. 

7. General: 
This Agreement may not be assigned by you without the prior written consent of Service Provider. This Agreement shall be governed by California law. This Agreement is the exclusive statement of the agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter as of the date of the Agreement. You may receive further information regarding the use of this Service, or may address complaints by contacting GEM LLC at 804-308-3228.

8. User Name and Password: 
Upon access of the Service you will be assigned a password. Please protect your password and do not allow others access to your PipelineParable.com account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are liable for any harm resulting from unauthorized access to and use of the Service. You will remain liable for any unauthorized use, and charges resulting from such use of the Service until you notify Service Provider.
